About this event
Learn and perfect your boxing fundamentals in this Coed Boxing Class. Jabs, hooks, uppercuts, and footwork will be covered as well as bag work. Taught by one of our Coaches, Professional or Amateur fighters, you will participate in a series of drills used by boxers daily as part of their training. This is a no contact class therefore there is no Sparring but you may participate in partner drills to simulate the experience of being in the ring.
