A three-course feast, with selections for every palate, awaits within the cozy tavern space at State and Lake Chicago Tavern. Begin with two first-course selections, featuring seasonal delights such as Pumpkin Soup with candied walnuts and ricotta salata and Wisconsin brie with pear mostarda and pine nuts on the menu. Two entrée options follow, chosen from a selection that includes Sage and Citrus Roasted Turkey with gravy and stuffing, Wagyu Hanger Steak au Poivre, Roasted Lamb Loin, and a vegetarian Twice-Baked Honey Nut Squash with farro and mushroom stuffing. Traditional sides (guests can choose three!), such as Mac and Cheese and Roasted Sweet Potato with goat cheese and candied walnuts, round out the plate, with a dessert table of mini Thanksgiving desserts closes the meal on a sweet note.
