Swish House Signature 60 fitness classes use basketball specific drills, shooting games, and strength exercises to deliver a HIIT-like, 60-minute workout. There is no defense or competitive live play (other than shooting games) in our classes. Swish House UIC East is located at the UIC Student Rec Center East - 737 S Halstead St, Chicago. You will stop at the check-in desk and show your Swish House reservation, and they will let you up to the gym.
