EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ UIC researchers used the Advanced Photon Source at Argonne National Laboratory to image a lanthanum and yttrium superhydride, revealing how its crystal structure affects superconducting behavior and may lower operating pressures for near-room-temperature performance. HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Engineers at UIC built a battery-free sensor that sticks to the skin like a sticker to check temperature and sweat markers such as sugar and salt. The team is testing the sensor during exercise + meals and will add tests for more sweat markers soon. Today UIC
- ➤ UIC Nursing is the only program in Illinois to earn the Healthcare Simulation Standards Endorsement from the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning.
