15 a Pizza Capri employee was detained near 52nd Street and agents were seen near Kenwood Academy, prompting local officials and community members to urge caution in the area.

The UIC Crossing Latinidades initiative was named a 2025 Example of Excelencia for advancing Latino humanities in graduate education.
