- ➤ On Oct. 5, preservationists Bronwyn Nichols Lodato and Ray Lodato unveiled a new plaque at the entrance to Promontory Point to honor its designation as a Chicago landmark. FINANCE NEWS
- ➤ The University of Chicago is selling its Center for Research in Security Prices, known as CRSP, for $375 million to Morningstar Inc.—the deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter as the sale will fund research and education while Booth researchers continue to access the data.
