Good morning, Chicago.
🎓 Education
On October 4th, hundreds of children and families came to the South Side Science Festival at the University of Chicago—11-year-old Kaden Bell joined hands-on experiments like extracting DNA from strawberries and a skateboard demonstration as local scientists explained ideas like friction and Newton’s third law. The event offered many science activities that helped kids see concepts they normally do not explore in school.
