In Woodlawn, the Chicago Plan Commission approved a rezoning amendment for Woodlawn Central, a mixed-use project on church property that will include two 14-story towers with a boutique hotel + residential units.
Construction will begin early 2027 with the first phase expected to complete by mid-2028.
