- ➤ UIC Human Resources Organizational Development is hosting free virtual professional development webinars for staff starting today with 'Setting Goals and Expectations' at 10:30 a.m. and additional sessions through April 29 covering workplace topics (details are on the Human Resources Training Calendar). - ➤ UIC Graduate College is hosting Graduate Student Appreciation Week April 6-10, with workshops, wellness sessions & socials including a Paint & Pot Social, coffee & donuts social & a keynote session on seed-inspired growth; graduate students can register to build skills & network with peers. - ➤ UIC Gallery 400 connects classroom learning to art as first-year writing students and health sciences residents tour current exhibits and engage in hands-on activities led by faculty; the program fosters creativity, personal reflection, and critical thinking in an interactive museum setting.
