The Urban Transportation Center at UIC is hosting the March Seminar Series presentation today from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
It will examine how 200 years of freight rail supports American commerce and explain the potential supply chain risks of a proposed merger between Union Pacific and Norfolk Southern.
🎓 Education
UIC was named a top producer for the Gilman Scholarship after being recognized among the top 25 large universities for merit-based study abroad awards.
The program helps Pell Grant recipients cover up to $5,000 in costs and now has two scholars studying in Argentina and Germany (highlighting UIC’s global reach).
