- ➤ UIC College of Nursing released lesson plans on Black nurses history for middle, high school, and college educators today. Developed under the Teaching Care curriculum led by Gwyneth Franck, the resource fills a gap in nursing education by using primary archival details and pilot data to boost awareness about health inequities. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Illinois lawmakers advanced a bill on Thursday that would let developers freeze property tax assessments for megaprojects including a potential Bears stadium in Arlington Heights. The full House adjourned without a vote, and further action is set for March 18. Hyde Park Herald
